Availability:

Should an item be out of stock we will ensure you are informed as soon as we are aware.

Accuracy:

Items are described to the best possible accuracy, but occasionally mistakes might occur, and if such an event happens, we will contact you immediately to resolve the situation. If an item is displayed with the incorrect price, the option will be given for you to either pay for the item at the correct price or cancel your order. Should you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund. We also reserve the right to increase or decrease prices on this webssite at any time.
Please note that sizing differs between suppliers, and if you are 'in between sizes' we recommend that you get the larger size as it is easier to take in a dress than let it out.

The sizes displayed on this website are typical UK ladies sizes.

Colours may differ from what they appear to be on the screen, due to lighting and the nature of computer monitors.

Pre-Orders:

Should you require the gown by a specific date, please contact us in advance to ensure that your preferred dress will arrive in time. Some dresses can take 2-3 weeks to arrive and on occasions as long as 12-16 weeks if the dress needs to be specially cut. Please therefore contact us for stock availability prior to placing your order. Sometimes we can rush-ship your order (subject to a rush shipping charge).

All gowns are shipped via the Royal Mail Special delivery service which insures your gown for the correct value. All dresses are well-packed in special delivery bags.

International items are sent via International Signed for Parcel and can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If you need the dress sooner, please let us know by contacting us before placing your order.
