How do I return an item?

All our dresses are sent with a security tag which must not be removed if you wish to return an item.

Please contact us in writing within 7 days after the goods are received with notice of your request to return an item. The item should also be returned within this time period (7 days).

Please note that we will not refund any items sent outside a 7 day period.

Items must be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery to:

Postal costs will not be refunded.

Please ensure you value and insure the item accurately when arranging for delivery back to us, as we cannot be held responsible should the item be lost in transit.

Please allow us 10 days to process your refund.

Consumers have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession. All returned items inspected on receipt and should not show signs of fake tan, deodorant marks, make-up, staining, tears etc. If any of the above is apparent it will be presumed that the expected, reasonable care of the goods in question has not been implemented and a refund will be refused.

This returns policy ensures a fair policy. It complies with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and does not affect your statutory rights. Should you have any enquiries about returns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

This returns policy is for website sales only. We do not accept store returns.
